Description

Garden House, built around 1770, is located 50 meters north-west of Coddenham House in the garden of the former rectory. The structure is made of red brick and features a full-width wooden pediment with a modillioned cornice that extends around the eaves. It has a hipped slated roof at the rear. The building is characterized by tall triple arches with semicircular heads made of gauged brick. Originally, each arch contained a full-height pair of sash windows, although only the frames remained at the time of the survey. This building is included for its group value.
