Description

The granary, located 30 meters north of Tostock Old Hall, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, with a section of plastered infill visible between the studs on the south side. The roof is covered with pantiles. The structure consists of two bays by two bays, supported by red brick piers that run from the front to the back. To the left of the entrance is an original casement window with leaded glazing, while to the right is a replacement 20th-century small-pane casement. The entrance features an original boarded door. This granary is included in the listing for its group value.
