Description
12 Anglesea Road is an early to mid 19th century brick house that has been painted. It stands two storeys tall with a three-window arrangement on the south front and a two-window arrangement on the west front facing Warrington Road, although one window on the west front is blocked. At the north end, there is a lower two-storey addition featuring one window range, with the upper window also blocked. The windows throughout the house are double-hung sashes with glazing bars set in plain reveals. The ground storey windows and the central doorway are adorned with stucco cornices. Notably, the west front showcases a fine Ionic stucco doorcase with fluted pilasters and a modillion cornice. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, featuring a modillion eaves cornice.
