Description
4 Orwell Place is an early 19th-century house made of painted brick. It has two storeys and features a three-window range with double-hung sashes that include glazing bars, all set in plain reveals. The ground floor has two small shop windows, a central doorway, and end pilasters. The roof is covered with slate.
