Nos 37 to 41 Tavern Street is an early 19th century building made of grey gault brick. It is part of a range that includes the Great White Horse Hotel. The building has three storeys and features a six-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars, set in painted reveals with stuccoed flat arches.
