A brick building with C18 and C19 features, probably with an earlier core. The front is plastered with a parapet and 1 double-hung sash window on the upper storey and a C19 shop front on the ground storey. 2 window range on Tower Ramparts mainly double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Roof tiled.
