Description

Cherry Tree House is a house that likely has a core dating from the 16th century, with later alterations and extensions added in the 19th and 20th centuries. The original structure is timber framed, which has been cased in brick and roughcast rendered. The roof is tiled with plain tiles at the front and pantiles at the rear. The house has two storeys and features a four-window range with three-light casements. The ground floor windows have boarded shutters, and there is a blank panel above the position of a former doorway. Internal and gable end stacks are present. The interior has been modernised, concealing most of the frame. The house is included for its group value.
