2. Probably circa 1840. 2 storeys and attic. Yellow brick. Eaves soffit. Hipped roof, of slates, with cambered headed dormer. 3 recessed windows, at 1st floor, with gauged flat arches, and without glazing bars. Arched recessed porch. 5-panel door with fanlight. Group value.
