Description

Nos 72 and 74 on New Street are 18th-century, two-storey buildings made of painted brick with a pantile roof. The façade features three windows, including one sash window with glazing bars in a flush frame, while the other two have been altered. No 72 has a modern shop front, and No 74 has a modern four-panel door with an entablature above it, flanked by plain pilasters. There is a central passage between the two properties that also has a modern door. Nos 72 to 78 (even) are part of a group in an important location.
