Description

No. 31, Cumberland Street is an 18th-century, two-storey building, originally timber-framed and plastered, with “V” jointed rustications. The roof is tiled with a plain course above. The first-floor windows are segmentally headed and now lack glazing bars. A concave roofed porch is supported by posts pierced with square openings. The entrance door has fielded lower panels and an upper glazed section. A splayed bay window is located to the right of the ground floor. Nos. 23 to 31 (odd numbers) are grouped together.
