Description

30 Cumberland Street is an 18th-century, two-storey and attic house on the north side of the street. The house is constructed of red brick with a plinth and cove cornice. It has three windows, each with sash windows featuring flush frames, glazing bars, and flat arches. Two pedimented sash dormers light the attic space. The front door is a six-panel door set within a wooden case featuring pilasters and a pedimented entablature. The roof is tiled. A photograph of the house is held in the National Monuments Record.
