Description

12 Cumberland Street is an 18th-century building of two storeys and an attic, located on the north side of the street. It has a central, gabled dormer window. The building is of brick construction, painted, and features a cove cornice. The roof is tiled. It originally had two windows, with sash windows containing glazing bars set within flush frames; a central blank panel was also present. The ground floor has been altered with a more modern restaurant frontage. The building contributes to the group value of numbers 10 to 18 (even) on Cumberland Street.
