Description

31 Thoroughfare is a two-storey building dating from 1852. It is constructed of brick and has a stucco finish that resembles ashlar. The roof is tiled. The building features three windows, which now have only central glazing bars; there are two three-light sash windows and one central sash window. The ground floor has a wooden shop front. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 27 to 31 on the odd side of Thoroughfare.
