Description

No. 3 Saltgate is a building from the 17th century, with an 18th-century front. The older structure seems to be incorporated into the rear and consists of gabled cottages. The building has three storeys and features a parapet. It is constructed of brick and is distempered. There is a floor band and two windows with mullion transom casements, which have segmental arches at the first floor and flush frames. The roof is covered with pantiles. The entrance includes a six-panel door with a flush frame and a hood supported by shaped brackets.
