Description

A row of three cottages, located on Church Road in Friston, dates primarily to the 17th century, with a 19th-century extension added to the north. The cottages are timber framed and plastered, featuring a brick end gable to the south and a thatched roof. They are single-storey with an attic. The windows are 3-light casements, and the original front door is a one-plank design, although other doors have been replaced. There are three dormers on the roof, along with two ridge stacks and a gable end stack to the south. The central cottage has a 3-light diamond mullion window at the rear.
