Description

LETHERINGHAM THE STREET TM 25 NE (North side) 5/90 Sundial Cottage, Moat - End, adjacent cottage and Pike Cottage - II

Terrace of cottages. Whitewashed brick with a plaintile roof. Single storey with attic. Road front: pair of C19 plank doors at right. Further C19 plank door to right of centre and a stable door at left. To the ground floor are 5 three-light windows, two 2-light casements and a single-light cross-window. The attic has six 2-light gabled dormer windows. The ridge has a single-flued gable stack at right, 2 axial stacks at right and left of centre, each of 2 flues and a single-flue stack to the left. Attached and at right is an arched gateway which connects with an extension to Pick Cottage (not included in this item).
