Description
The Round House is an estate cottage built in the late 19th century, with a mid-20th century extension. It features red brick construction and a thatched conical roof. The building is single storey with an attic and has a circular plan. It includes casement windows with flat brick arches, a 5-light canted bay window with a rectangular panel displaying a crown monogram, and one segmental dormer window on each quarter. The doorway has a mid-20th century door and is sheltered by an open porch created by a downward extension of the roof. At the top of the roof, there is a stack with a circular base and four clustered flues.
