Description

This is a late 19th-century estate cottage located on Easton Framlingham Road. It is circular in plan and constructed of red brick with vertical panels of random flint, topped with a thatched conical roof. The cottage has one storey and an attic. The windows are casement windows with flat brick arches. A prominent feature is a 5-light canted bay with a rectangular panel containing a crown monogram. There are segmental dormer windows in each quarter of the roof. Two doorways are present, one with a boarded door and glazed porch. At the roof apex is a stack with a circular base and four clustered flues.
