Description
No. 10 East Green is a house dating from the late 18th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a roof made of black-glazed pantiles, with a brick chimney stack at the right end.
The building has two storeys and a dormer attic, with a two-window front. To the left, there is a 20th-century six-panelled door that has glazed upper panels. To the right of the door, there is a flush-framed unhorned sash window with 8/8 glazing bars, set under a rendered and painted skewback arch. On the first floor, there are two similar sash windows that do not have skewback arches. The eaves are adorned with a dentil cornice, and there is a central flat-topped dormer that contains a 20th-century two-light casement window.
Inside, there is a two-panelled door leading to the ground-floor room, which has a four-paned overlight above it. The staircase features stick balusters.
