Description
Valley Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 16th to 17th century, built in two or three phases. It has an L-shaped plan with a cross wing that is set forward to the left side. The structure is timber framed and plastered, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic and features a three-cell main range. The windows are scattered, primarily consisting of mid-20th century casements, although some original windows with moulded mullions can be found at the rear of the main range and in the cross wing. On the left side of the main range, there is a mid-20th century door and an open gabled porch. Inside, there is a heavy internal stack in the main range and a smaller internal stack in the cross wing.
