Description

Church Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 16th century, with a north wing that was extended in the mid-20th century. It has an L-shaped plan and is constructed with a timber frame, partly faced in colourwashed brick and partly plastered, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring 19th and 20th century casement windows and a mid-20th century boarded door. There is one internal stack in each wing. Inside, you can find a well-preserved exposed frame, exposed chamfered joists, and a blocked diamond-mullioned window on the ground floor.
