Pair of houses, now shop and flat. Early C18; encased in brick and re-roofed in late C19; converted in C20 with early C20 shop front. Timber frame encased in painted brick; slate roof with central ridge and right end brick stacks. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and dormer attic; 2-window front. Plate-glass shop front to left: half-glazed door to right leads to upper accommodation. One flush-framed unhorned 6/6 sash to first floor left, projecting square oriel window with casements to right. Two raking dormers fitted with top-hung casements. INTERIOR: chamfered bridging beam to ground floor: jowled principal studs, some with nicked tongue stops.
