Description
12 Queen Street is a house that has been converted into a restaurant. It dates from the late 18th century and has undergone some alterations, including the addition of an early 20th-century shop front. The building is constructed of painted brick and topped with a slate roof.
The exterior features a two-storey front with two windows. The shop front is made of plate glass and is framed by pilasters. The original central door has been changed to a window, with a half-glazed door located to the right. On the first floor, there is a bay window that projects to the left, featuring a three-light casement, alongside a 6/6 unhorned sash window in a flush frame. The interior has not been inspected.
