Description

Holmwood is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the early 18th century and was encased in brick and re-roofed in the late 19th century, with further conversion taking place in the mid-20th century. The building has a timber frame that is encased in rendered and painted brick, topped with a slate roof and a brick ridge stack.

The exterior features two storeys and a dormer attic, with a one-window front. To the right, there is a double-leaf six-panelled door next to a three-light cross casement, both of which are beneath label stopped hoodmoulds. The first floor is illuminated by a projecting bay window fitted with a three-light cross casement. There is also a single raking dormer that contains a three-over-three horned sash window. The interior has not been inspected.
