Description

Originally a single house, now two cottages, dating to the 17th century. The building is timber framed with roughcast render and a pantiled roof. It is a single-story structure with an attic. There are three small-paned casement windows, with modern boarded shutters on the left-hand window. Two doorways, each with a boarded door and a simple open timber porch, are set close together and accessed by a short flight of steps. Three catslide dormers are visible on the roof. The building contains an internal stack. It was once a public house called "The Feathers," and a cellar lies beneath No. 3.
