This is a cottage dating from the later 18th century. It is timber framed with a roughcast render on the front facade, colourwashed brick to the left hand gable end, and the remaining gable plastered. The roof is thatched. The cottage is single-storied with an attic, and has two windows, which are 19th-century casements. It features a 19th-century six-panel door and a shallow-gabled dormer. Gable end stacks are present, with a later addition to the right hand gable.
