Description
Richmond Farmhouse is a house dating from the early to mid-18th century, with a possible earlier timber core, and some beams are visible. The building has a 'T' plan and stands two storeys high. It is constructed of red brick and features hipped plain tiled roofs. The façade includes a three-window range with sashes set in flush frames that have glazing bars. The central entrance has a doorway with a flat moulded canopy supported by brackets, moulded pilasters, and a 20th-century panelled door. There is a modillion course at the eaves, and brick stacks are located at either end of the main roof, with an axial stack on the rear wing.
