Description

The Old Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century to the early 18th century. It is timber framed with a red brick facade and a thatched roof. The building has one storey and an attic, featuring a lobby entrance. There are three windows, which are three-light casements with transoms and segmental brick arches. The cottage has two boarded doors and three dormers with casement windows. A chimney stack is located at the ridge, aligned with the entrance door, and there is another brick stack on the left-hand gable.
