Description

Fir Tree Cottages is a pair of cottages that likely began as a single house, dating from the early 17th century. The structure is timber framed and plastered, with gable walls featuring a color-washed brick face. It has a thatched roof and may have originally had a lobby entrance, although the door has been removed. The building includes three windows, which are casements with glazing bars, and two dormers that also have casements with glazing bars. There are boarded doors at either end, each with a projecting timber hood. A moulded square red brick stack is present on the building.
