Description
The White Horse is a public house dating from the early 17th century. It features a timber frame, with part of the exterior plastered and the ground floor covered in 20th-century red brick. The building has two storeys and an attic, arranged in a three-cell plan. The windows are primarily three-light mullion and transom casements, with one small sash window on the left side. There are two mid-20th-century doors and an internal stack. Inside, the building has exposed timbering, with newel stairs (the attic stairs are original), moulded storey posts on the ground floor, and a blocked two-light moulded mullion window on the ground floor. Some original floorboards remain.
