MONKS ELEIGH CHURCH HILL 1. 5377 (east side) Cottage adjoining and now part of the Swan Inn and Cottage adjoining on the north TL 9647 54/770 23.1.58. II GV 2. A timber-framed and plastered building of mediaeval origin. The part adjoining the Swan Inn and now part of it contains a room known as the Justices Room with a heavy moulded beam, probably C15. info storeys. Three window range of modern casements. Boarded door. Roof thatched, with an internal chimney stack on the west side.
