Description

Yeomans Cottage and the adjoining cottage to the east is a Grade II listed building located on the south side of The Street in Monks Eleigh. This timber-framed and plastered structure is designed in a half H plan. The central section dates back to medieval times, while the wings are likely from the 16th or 17th century. The roof is thatched. The hall block is single-storey and features a needled beam, while the wings are two-storey. The building has small casement windows and boarded doors.
