Description

A timber-framed and plastered building, possibly of 16th-century origin, located on Shilling Street in Lavenham. The building was significantly altered in the 18th century or later when it was divided into three separate tenements and subsequently renovated. The roof is tiled, featuring a central ridge chimney stack. The building is two storeys high with attics, and has a six-window front, primarily featuring casement windows with glazing bars. Two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars are also present. A central passageway exists between numbers 23 and 24. Three dormers are visible on the front elevation.
