Description

THE GREEN EAST 1. 5377 Long Melford Garden Walls to Melford Hall TL 8646 20/415 II* GV

  1. C1559. The garden to Melford Hall is enclosed on the north, west and south by massive red brick walls with buttresses and a sloping brick capping with a sawtooth brick dentil course, about 10-12 ft high. The west wall is broken by the octagonal summer house at the north end.
