Description

Dunn House is an early 19th-century house with a stucco facade. It is two storeys high and has a five-window front. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, set in plain reveals. A four-panel door is set within a doorcase featuring pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. A garage entrance, built in a matching style, is located at the north end. A moulded cornice band runs across the front above the first-storey windows. The roof is slate, with a modillion eaves soffit arranged in groups of three, and a tall, central rectangular chimney stack.
