Description

Shangri La is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered house that was refronted in the 18th century. It features painted stucco rusticated quoins. The building has two storeys and a four-window range, with double-hung sashes that have glazing bars on the first storey and 20th-century casements on the ground storey. There is a six-panel door with a moulded architrave and a cornice hood. At the north end, there is a small 20th-century shop front. The roofs are covered with old tiles.
