Description
Bay House is a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from whitewashed brick and feature a Welsh slate roof with a white brick chimney. The building has two storeys and three bays, with a central full-height bow that is flanked by entrances. Each entrance is adorned with a Doric porch that contains glazed six-panel doors set in panelled reveals. The bow has tripartite sashes with glazing bars and is curved in plan, while the outer bays have 16-pane sashes in reveals under cambered arches. The first-floor sashes have sills. The roof has overhanging eaves and is low-pitched with a hipped design, topped by a central corniced stack. The interior has not been inspected.
