Description

Wayside is a house that probably dates back to the 17th century. It is timber-framed and rendered, with a thatched roof and red brick stacks. The building has one storey and an attic. There is a 20th-century plank door on the right side. The ground floor features six windows, which are of the two and three-light casement type. Above, there are three eyebrow dormers that contain either casements or horizontal sliding sashes. The house has large offset external stacks at the gable ends. The interior has not been inspected.
