2. A timber-framed and plastered building with a brick front (painted) with C18 external features. The south-east end breaks forward slightly and is plastered. Two storeys. Six window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground storey has a large splayed bay. Roof tiled with a sawtooth brick eaves cornice and a ridge chimney stack.
