North Oak Cottage and South Oak Cottage comprise a timber-framed and plastered building dating from the 17th to 18th centuries, with a thatched roof. The building is two storeys high and features casement windows. It has two thatched gabled porches and two gabled dormers on the front elevation. A ridge chimney stack is also present. The building has group value.
