Description

Hillcrest and Mowle’s Cottage are an early 19th-century timber-framed and plastered building with a slate roof, with a smaller 18th-century block at the south-east end having a tiled, half-hipped roof. Both blocks are two stories high. The main block has a three-window range on its south-west side, and a single window range (two windows on the ground floor) on its north-west side, featuring double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. Two modern porches have been added to the south-west side.
