Cross Green Cottage is a timber-framed and plastered building dating from the 17th to 18th centuries. It is a one-storey building with attics, and has a thatched roof. The cottage features small casement windows and a boarded door. A ridge chimney stack is present, along with one gabled dormer window which has a tiled roof.
