Description

This is a timber-framed and plastered house, built between the 17th and 18th centuries. It is located on the south side of Westgate Street in Long Melford. The front of the house is now faced with roughcast plaster. It is two storeys high with a three-window front, featuring casement windows with glazing bars. There are three boarded doors. The steeply pitched roof is covered in corrugated iron, having previously been thatched.
