Description

Cobbolds Mill House is an 18th-century timber-framed and plastered building with a brick front on the north side. It is designed in a T-shaped plan, featuring a wing to the south that connects to the mill to the north. The roofs are tiled, and the north block has hipped ends on the east and west sides. The house has two storeys, with a raised brick band between the storeys. There is a five-window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars, and the ground storey windows have flush cased frames. A central modern glazed door is topped with an elliptical fanlight.
