Description

Pond House is a timber-framed and plastered house with external features dating to the 18th and 19th centuries. It is built on an L-shaped plan, with a gabled wing projecting at the south-west end. The house has two storeys and a three-window range on the main block, featuring horizontal sliding sash windows. The wing has double-hung sashes with glazing bars; a boarded door is also present. The roof is tiled. The wing features ornamental bargeboards, and there is an external chimney stack at the west end.
