Description
Goldacre is a timber-framed and plastered house with 18th century and later external features. It may have an older core but has been altered and reduced in size. The building is L-shaped, with wings extending to the south-west and south-east. The south-east wing is two storeys high, while the south-west wing has one storey and attics. The windows include both horizontal sliding sashes and double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The south-west wing features a two-storey bow window on the gable end, and the south-east gable end is faced in brick. The roof is tiled, with a mansard style on the south-west wing, which includes one sloping roofed dormer. There is also a tall central chimney stack.
