Description

Chestnut House is an early to mid-19th century timber-framed and plastered building located on the north-east side of Linton Road in Hadstock. It stands two storeys high and features a three-window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The central entrance is a six-panel door topped with a small fanlight, and the reveals are panelled. The roof is covered with slate and has end chimney stacks.
