The cottage has one storey and an attic, with a range of three small casement windows. The roof is half hipped at the north-east end and includes one gabled dormer and a central chimney stack. The house from circa 1800 is two storeys tall, with three double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars, and a central doorway topped with a flat hood.
