Fairhill is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered building that has been altered in the 18th century and later. It features a 19th-century addition at the north-west end and may have an earlier core. The building is two storeys high, with most windows being double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. The roof is covered with pantiles and has a central square chimney stack.
