TM 13 NE HOLBROOK CHURCH ROAD
2/27 Group of 3 tombs with wrought and cast iron railings, approximately 2-4 metres east of east wall of chancel, Church of All Saints
GV II
Group of 3 tombs with wrought and cast iron railings. Circa 1848-78. The two Topple family (south) tombs are adjacent to each other, the Childe family tomb a further 2 metres north east. The southern tomb railings supported by 3 moulded principal posts to two sides, each with 3 smaller posts between. The principals with twisted lower stems with capitals and bases, moulded and scrolled upper stems, moulded and scrolled above the rail with acorn finials. The adjacent northern tomb railings with 3 moulded posts to two sides, moulded bases, capitals, rings and 4 decreasing pointed quatrefoils to finials, the double rail with continuous crossed circles and finials. The north eastern tomb railings with 4 x 3 posts, each with capitals and bases supporting twisted columns, twisted scrollwork terminating in trefoils brace the rails, foliated quatrefoiled finials over.
